The film "Miss Representation" exposes how how limited and often disparaging portrayals of women in the media make it difficult for women and girls to feel powerful and achieve leadership positions. Educators, community members, and corporations can host screenings in their communities to guide conversations about gender stereotypes and inspire action for social change.

"Miss Representation" explores the negative impacts that under-representation of women in positions of power in the media has on women and girls. Teenage girls and politicians, journalists, entertainers, and activists share their stories.

The website offers screening packages to support educators, communities, and corporations screening the film, as well as a free press kit for key statistics and bios of interviewees.

Access the press kit and information about how to host a screening on the Representation Project's website.
