Summer 2016 Newsletter: Prevention Partnerships

Date:
Thursday, 1 September 2016

Prevention work is about shifting our focus from the problems we wish to solve to the future we wish to see. To create broad-based impact, prevention needs to be woven into the fabric of our culture.

When our focus becomes working toward safe and healthy families and communities, we realize that we are looking towards a shared horizon. We share this view with many others -- all just one part of a larger social justice movement. Being intentional about building these partnerships makes our movement stronger and becomes a prevention approach in itself.

This issue of the PreventIPV newsletter features new Engagement resources that support partnership and collaboration as action for social change, and offers opportunities to learn and engage with others who share your prevention vision. Access to the first two videos in our Partners in Prevention Video Series inside!
