National and NYC Father's Day Pledge Against Violence 2020

Date:
Saturday, 20 June 2020

"The National and NYC Father's Day Pledge Against Violence 2020 will look very different this year because the world is different. COVID-19 prohibits us from standing together physically in our towns and cities, but this year we’re joining Fathers and their loved ones all over the country to pledge against violence in our homes, communities, workplaces and now more than ever we must be clear about the pandemic that has consistently plagued Black and Brown people.

This year's pledge will include a stance against systemic racism. The National Organizing Team and CONNECT NYC are launching a new website - FathersDayPledge.org - on Saturday, June 20th at midnight for Fathers, Father Figures and Men and their loved ones all over the country to sign the pledge against these multiple forms of violence and commit to the year-long campaigns and initiatives building up to the 2021 event on the National Mall in DC!"
